Sohii ships all over India. Your products are shipped to you via sohii.in approved courier companies only. All orders are considered to be confirmed, only after receipt of full payment (please refer to Payment Modes for information on payment options).

Sohii typically uses reputable courier partner to ship your order out. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Orders are processed, packaged and shipped within 2 – 3 business days. It generally takes 3 – 10 days for shipping depending on shipping destination. Express delivery is an option at checkout.
A shipping and handling charge of Rs. 100 is levied for orders below Rs. 1,999. For orders above Rs. 1,999 shipping is free. Express delivery charges if applicable will as per actuals.
Tracking Of Order
Once dispatched, sohii.in will send you an order dispatch confirmation email with the tracking ID of the courier it has been sent by.
Cancellation Of Order
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety concerns with regards to baby/kids products, sohii.in has a strict no exchange or refunds policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchange of a product, please contact us on email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the product to our office in Delhi within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to product being out of stock, we will provide you with a refund.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 20 working days to process and shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
