Cancellation & Return Policy

At SOHII.in, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. To guarantee a seamless and stress-free experience, we have crafted a comprehensive policy that covers returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds. Our aim is to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

  1. Eligibility

For a product to be eligible for a return, replacement, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

      • The request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery
      • The item is in unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
      • The item is not listed under the non-returnable or non-refundable category, please see below for the list
      • Selected products only have an option of a replacement in case of any defect/damage as listed below.

    While we strive to meet our customers' needs to the best of our ability, it's important to note that the ultimate decision regarding the acceptance of returns, exchanges, or replacements rests with SOHII.in.

     

    1. Return/Replacement/Exchange Process:

    If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return, replacement, or exchange:

        • Provide your order number, the reason for the return/replacement/exchange, supporting details and images
        • Our customer support team will guide you through the process, provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable), and assist with any necessary arrangements

    *Please note that while our policy allows for replacements for the product categories mentioned above, it will be for the exact same product only (except for a size or colour change, where applicable, based on availability)*

     

    1. Refund Process:

    If you are eligible for a refund, the following process will be followed:

        • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
        • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days
        • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account
        • For CoD transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount to the bank details as shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details
        • It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

     

    1. Damaged or Defective items:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately (within 2 days of delivery). We may request supporting evidence, such as images or videos, to assess the issue and provide appropriate solutions

     

    1. Shipping Costs:
        • In most cases, SOHII.in shall bear the shipping costs in case of a return, replacement, exchange.
        • In case of certain products, based on size and value, the platform will hold the discretion and be the final deciding authority on which party shall bear the shipping costs for return, replacement, or exchange

    Our dedicated customer support team is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday, except public holidays, to assist you with any return, replacement, exchange, or refund inquiries. We aim to provide timely and satisfactory resolutions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

    1. Order Cancellation Timeframe:
        • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.
        • Please note that once the item has been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return

     

      1. Refund Options:

      We offer the following refund options for cancelled orders:

          • If the order hasn’t been shipped yet:
            Full Refund: If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 days of receiving the request

          • If the order has been shipped:
            Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return. We will process the refund to your original payment method once our logistics partner sends us a product collection confirmation

       

      9. Exceptions:

      Some products may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has started or if they have been personalized/customized specifically for you. In such cases, we will clearly state the non-cancellation policy on the relevant product page
