Where are the offices of SOHII located?

Currently our office is located in Delhi while the orders are shipped from our warehouses located across India.

What products does SOHII sell?

We offer a comprehensive range of products from globally renowned brands tailored for babies and children. Our selection spans across various categories, encompassing essentials such as teethers, bibs, and infant accessories, as well as gears like strollers and shoulder carriers. Additionally, we provide a diverse array of weaning products, items for preschoolers, and essential school supplies.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will also get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order.

How do I check my order status?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing it. Shortly after, you'll receive an email with details such as the courier company's name and your consignment's tracking number. Additionally, you'll receive an SMS notification for the same. If you haven't received an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking information might take up to an additional 24 hours to appear online as your package is scanned by the courier company. You can also check the status of your shipment in the "Track Shipment" section of your account page. If you encounter any issues or have questions, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at sohii.in?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DINERS Credit Cards issued in India, as well as Debit cards from all banks in India . International credit/debit card transactions are also accepted Rest assured, all online transactions are safeguarded and secured to ensure your privacy and protection.

What if an item is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hours and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days. Some items (which are restocked regularly) and is temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an out of stock tag. You can use the Notify Me option and we will inform you once the product in stock and available for sale.

How are the products packaged?

Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep.

How long will it take to receive my orders?

For areas serviced by reputable couriers, you can expect to receive your orders within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. Please note that business days exclude Sundays and other holidays. If you opt for express shipping, delivery can be expected within 48 to 72 hours at most.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

What is your Replacement Policy?

For detailed information regarding the Replacement Policy for each product, please refer to our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy located at the bottom of the home page.

Upon initiating a replacement request, our team will arrange for the pickup of the original product. Upon receipt at our facility, our warehousing team will conduct a thorough inspection. This inspection includes verifying various quality control parameters such as the brand, style, color, size, quantity, packaging condition, and presence of all accessories. If any discrepancies are found, such as damage, missing accessories, or signs of use, the replacement request may be temporarily suspended. You have the option to submit another replacement request within the specified replacement window. Once the original product passes the quality check, the replacement item will be promptly dispatched to you. It's important to note that the original product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

What are the mode of Payment?

We accept payments by debit or credit card and also through Net Banking. Credit Cards & Debit Cards - We accept VISA, MASTER, RUPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit card transactions are also accepted You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (C-O-D) - With COD, you can pay in cash to the courier person upon receiving your order. Please note any specific terms and conditions related to COD charges or eligibility mentioned during the checkout process.

  • Orders from Rs. 0.00 to Rs. 2,000.00: Rs. 150.00
  • Orders from Rs. 2,001.00 to Rs. 5,000.00: Rs. 200.00
  • Orders from Rs. 5,001.00 to Rs. 10,000.00: Rs. 300.00
  • Orders from Rs. 10,001.00 to Rs. 25,000.00: Rs. 500.00
  • Orders from Rs. 25,001.00 to Rs. 55,000.00: Rs. 1,000.00

SOHII, at its'sole discretion, may choose to modify the COD charges from time to time.
