Directions for Use:
• Microwave: Heat the pad as per recommended time, place inside the cotton sleeve and check temperature before use.
• Hot Water: Soak in hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes, dry, place inside the cotton sleeve and test temperature before use.
• Cold Therapy: Chill in the refrigerator or freezer, insert into the cotton sleeve and apply as needed.
• Use warm therapy to support milk flow and cold therapy to help relieve swelling and discomfort.


Cleaning & Care:
• Hand wash gel pads with warm soapy water
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth when required
• Wash cotton sleeves after each use
• Machine wash sleeves on a cold delicate cycle
• Hang dry before storing
• Store in the provided storage bag when not in use
